Direct Debit can save you money and make paying your rent simple and convenient.

What is Direct Debit

Direct Debit is a way of paying your rent each month direct from your bank or building society account.
What are the advantages

It's Cheaper

If you choose to pay by direct debit we will pass on the savings to you.  With effect from April 2005 if you pay your dwelling rent by Direct Debit we will give you a discount on your rent of £10 each year.

Offers peace of mind

Direct Debit gives you peace of mind, knowing your rent is paid direct from your bank or building society account so you won’t miss the payment dates.

Offers flexibility

You can choose to pay weekly or fortnightly on a Friday or monthly on the 1st, 8th, 15th or 22nd of each month.
