Leaseholders

Rochdale Boroughwide Housing manages over 500 leasehold properties.  As a leaseholder it is very important that you read and understand exactly what is required of you.  The leaseholders’ handbook was published in 2010 and helps you understand your rights and responsibilities under the terms of the lease you have purchased.  It will also explain RBH’s role in managing your home.
