Equality Impact Assessments
Equality Impact Assessments aim to improve the
work of RBH by making sure that we do not discriminate either
directly or indirectly and that, where possible, we promote
equality and diversity across all our service areas.
Equality Impact Assessments are a way to of
making sure that individuals and departments think carefully about
the likely impact of their work on residents and communities, and,
where possible, take action to improve strategies, services,
policies, and projects.
