Carole Gradwell
There are exciting times ahead and in order to facilitate your
involvement RBH has recently appointed Carole Gradwell as the
Engagement Lead for the proposed new Mutual organisation.
Employed on a short term
contract until the end of the year, Carole’s remit is to develop a
strategy for encouraging tenant and resident engagement in the
Mutual. Her initial focus will be on the fifteen month period
required to establish the organisation if the stock transfer of
housing to RBH proposal is given the go-ahead.
“There is a lot to think
about – beginning with what responsibilities and incentives there
will be for members, how members can help shape what the Mutual
stands for during that once-and-for-all setting up period and how
tenants will be able get involved with RBH, housing management and
social enterprise in the future,” said Carole.
