As part of your application for Membership of
the new mutual society you are asked to declare that you are
willing to be bound by the Rules of the Society.
The Rules are separated into Stage 1 Rules
which apply from now until we become a full mutual society in July
2013 when the Stage 2 Rules will come into force.
The main points to notice in the Stage 1 Rules
are:
- That the current Board of RBH are still in post – that is 6
tenant members, 3 independent members and 4 Council members
- That tenants and employees can start to register as Members
from 28th January 2012
