Taking private action against anti social behaviour

You can take independent action yourself by applying directly to the County Court for an injunction - The court can order someone to stop causing a nuisance. You can speak to you local housing office who may be able to advise you after speaking to the Legal Services and Enforcement Team.

You can seek independent legal advice from your nearest Law Centre or other legal services provider.

In certain cases of anti social behaviour, the police may be able to help, so you may want to talk to someone at the local police station.

If the anti social behaviour involves any sort of criminal activity you must tell the police immediately.
