Anti social behaviour - Your obligations
The tenancy conditions place an obligation on you, the tenant, not
to carry out an act that is likely to cause a nuisance or annoyance
to other residents or harass them.
You are also responsible for
the conduct of members of your household and visitors to your home.
Examples of anti social behaviour
Below are some examples of
anti social behaviour:
- Any
kind of verbal or physical harassment including racial or sexual behaviour.
- Abusive
or insulting words or behaviour
- Writing
threatening, abusive or insulting graffiti
- Loud
music, radio or television, shouting or other unreasonable loud noises.
- Using
dogs to intimidate or harass tenants in the area
- Someone
allowing their car to cause an obstruction
- Dumping
rubbish or junk items in neighbours gardens or communal areas on the
estate
- Damaging
or threatening to damage property.
- Using your property fpr any criminal, immoral or illegal purpose including growing, selling, storing or using any illegal drugs or storage/handling of stolen goods.
Please note that this is just
a small example of the types of behaviour that RBH would treat as anti social behaviour.
