Ways to have your say - Information
Not everyone wants to be actively involved in the decision making or
in giving us their views. But it is important that everyone has the
opportunity to know what is going on with their house, on their estate
and with Rochdale Boroughwide Housing.
We will make sure that you have up to date information on the issues
that affect you in the following ways:
Tenants Talkback
A quarterly newsletter delivered to all council
tenants.
Through our websites
Leaflets
We produce a range of leaflets on our services
and the standards of service you can expect from us. These leaflets
are available from all our local housing offices.
Tenants Handbook
Every tenant is given a copy of the tenants handbook.
The handbook provides you with all the information you need about your
tenancy and the services we offer.
Tenant repair manual
Every tenant is given a copy of the tenant repair manual. The manual provides information on how to report repairs and your rights and responsibilities in relation to repairs. It also contains self-help tips on what to do before you contact us and diagrams to help you report your repairs more accurately.
Other information
We provide information in other ways as well:
