Ending your tenancy

To end your tenancy you need to give us at least four full weeks notice in writing (i.e. four weeks from the Monday after you inform us of your intention to leave) before you plan to leave your home and end your tenancy.

If you leave the property without providing formal notice in writing we will assume a four week notice period from the date we discover you have left and you will be charged rent for this time.
