Your guide to the right to buy - How do I apply for the right to buy?

You will need to complete the right to buy application form and return it by hand or by recorded delivery to the Right to Buy Section. The date we receive the form will determine:

• The date at which the property must be valued
• The date to which your tenancy claims are calculated

Application forms are available from all local housing offices, by phoning the right to buy section on (01706) 273732, 273733 or 273735, or by emailing us .
