Customer Involvement Team

What do we do?

The Customer Involvement Team plays an important role in delivering Rochdale Boroughwide Housing's commitment to the involvement of tenants in the running of the organisation and the housing service as a whole.

The Team can:

• Offer support and guidance in setting up new groups
• Offer support and guidance to existing groups
• Help groups apply for funding from different places
• Help improve communication between groups, the council, Rochdale Boroughwide Housing and others
• Help develop community bases
• Help groups set up activities on their estates
• Organise training for your group
• Provide information on a range of services provided by Rochdale Boroughwide Housing and Rochdale Council
• Help groups produce leaflets, posters and other publicity
• Help groups set up and run meetings
• Offer a service for police checking volunteers involved with children and young people
