Applying for rehousing with Home Choice

Customers who want to apply for a Council property can do so by completing a Home Choice rehousing application form.

Application forms are available at any of our local housing offices, at our property shop(s), on our website or by ringing our call centre (Freephone 0800 091 2248) for a form to be sent through the post.

The form should be returned to any local office, property shop or e-mailed to us. Help is available at The Property Shop, any local housing office or at any Rochdale Council customer service centre for those who have difficulty completing the form.
