Tenants Panel
Calling all Tenants - It is now time to get involved with a
brand new development. Rochdale Boroughwide Housing (RBH) is
setting up a Tenants Panel.
The aim of the Panel is to:
- Build an effective partnership between RBH and tenants.
- Raise standards and improve services. It will scrutinise and
develop the performance of RBH and contractors.
- Act as a watchdog to protect tenants' rights and make sure that
RBH informs and consults tenants about changes to housing policy,
priorities for improvements, and future plans.
- Make sure that our services meet the needs of all the
community.
The Panel will be tenant driven and tenant led - working in
partnership with staff of RBH. Membership of the Panel will be
voluntary but out of pocket expenses will be reimbursed.
All panel members will receive training and support to ensure
the Panel works efficiently and effectively to improve the service
tenants receive from RBH.
