In your Area - Estate Surgeries
The Littleborough, Milnrow and Newbold teams are getting out and about, offering customers the opportunity to come and see them at estate based surgeries. Staff now have technology which will enable them to provide up-to-date information on a wide range of RBH enquiries.
Paul Helm, Housing Officer for the EMB at Turf Hill said “Having a laptop available at my weekly surgery allows me to provide our tenants with a much improved service as I can now deal fully with all enquiries including arrears, repairs and Housing Benefit. Tenants have found this to be an easy, convenient way to access our services and now know they can call in with complete confidence that their enquiry will be dealt with quickly, efficiently and confidentially”.
We are currently piloting surgeries across the area and success will depend on the number of people that use them. Please see below for dates and times.
