SafeGaurding -Working with
vulnerable adults and children.
When you're applying for work with children, young people or
vulnerable adults. RBH will want to do all that they can to
make sure that you are a suitable person to work with these groups.
Following robust recruitment and vetting procedures to minimise the
risk of employing anyone who might pose a risk or is otherwise
unsuited to work with these groups.
For posts involving work with, or having access to information
about vulnerable people RBH will have to apply for an Enhanced CRB
check on you.
You should not apply to work with thtese groups if you
know that you are barred from working with children or vulnerable
adults.
Any job offer will be subject to satisfactory completion of
pre-employment checks.
Please note that for any post working with
children, if you are short-listed for interview, your
referees will be asked to provide references before the interview
so that your employer can explore any issues of concern with them
and discuss these with you at interview.
