When you're applying for work with children, young people or vulnerable adults. RBH will want to do all that they can to make sure that you are a suitable person to work with these groups. Following robust recruitment and vetting procedures to minimise the risk of employing anyone who might pose a risk or is otherwise unsuited to work with these groups.

For posts involving work with, or having access to information about vulnerable people RBH will have to apply for an Enhanced CRB check on you.

You should not apply to work with thtese groups if you know that you are barred from working with children or vulnerable adults.

Any job offer will be subject to satisfactory completion of pre-employment checks.

Please note that for any post working with children, if you are short-listed for interview, your referees will be asked to provide references before the interview so that your employer can explore any issues of concern with them and discuss these with you at interview.
