Monitoring Our Performance
|
We aim to be a customer focused organisation providing high
quality housing services to all our tenants, residents and
leaseholders.
In order to find out whether we are achieving this aim we
regularly monitor performance in key service areas to ensure that
they represent good value for money and deliver what our customers
expect from us.

From the 1st April 2010 the Tenant Services Authority
(TSA) became the new regulatory body for all Social Housing
Landlords in England and Wales. Following the abolition of
the TSA, the Home and
Communities Agency (HCA) then took responsibility for the
regulation on 1st April 2012. Its regulatory
responsibilities are discharged through a new independent
Regulation Committee, and within the parameters of the new
Regulatory Framework.
