General Meetings
Now that RBH has become a
mutual we are required to hold an Annual Members Meeting, each
year. Any member is eligible to vote either in person or by proxy.
Every member has one vote each. The functions of the general
meeting are to receive the annual report and accounts, report on
the Membership Strategy and announce the results of any elections
to the Representative Body. There may also be other business.
