Equality and Diversity Policy

RBH will constitute an Equality and Diversity Steering Group (EADSG), which will be chaired by the Managing Director. This Group will have representatives from every major section of the company and will be responsible for ensuring that RBH complies withstatutory requirements and encourages good practice in the field of equality and diversity.
The EADSG will meet quarterly and use the Equality and Diversity Action Plan as a “management tool” in monitoring progress within the company. The Action Plan will have targets with lead officers responsible for implementing key tasks and providing progress reports to EADSG.
All employees have a responsibility for their personal involvement with the practical application of this policy but specific responsibility falls upon managers in their area of operation.
All key services will be monitored by ethnic origin, gender, age and disability as appropriate and reported to the Board annually.
RBH will endeavour to provide a fair and just service to all its customers. It will strive to continually improve delivery of its services.
