Annual General MeetingsRochdale Boroughwide Housing has a duty to hold an annual general meeting in addition to any other meetings in that year. The business covered in that meeting includes the appointment and retirement of directors, the presentation of the report of the Directors and Auditors of the Company and the audited accounts for the previous financial year. Annual General Meetings are normally held in the Conference Room on floor 2, The Old Post Office, The Esplanade, Rochdale and are open to members of the public.
