A board of directors manages Rochdale Borougwide Housing. The board is made up of thirteen members - six tenant members, four council members and three independents. Additionally, a black and minority ethnic awareness advisor has been co-opted onto the Board.

The board is responsible for making sure that the housing service is run as efficiently and effectively as possible and that it meets all its targets.  A Forward Plan of Business (rtf file 29kb) sets out in advance the key business issues to be dealt with at each Board meeting.
