Since January 2005, satisfaction with the overall work we did in your properties has increased considerably with a 13% increase in satisfaction for Crudens’ tenants and eight per cent increase in the areas covered by Bramalls.

Kitchen options are obviously a key priority and you seem pleased with the range we are offering. Survey results show over 90% of those of you who had new kitchens fitted are pleased with the choices available.

Quality of work is also a key issue for the Raising the Standard partners and we were pleased that our customers feel that the quality of materials used has improved over the past year, with a 15% upswing in levels of satisfaction.

Overall, the number of tenants satisfied or very satisfied with Bramalls’ workmanship stands at 84% and at 80% with Crudens.

Of course, we are never complacent and are continuing to work with you to find new ways to improve our services.
